Finding the Right Fit: SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) Insight Series

The "I’m-possible Insight Series" is a crucial component of the initiative embarked upon by PaCE@NTU where programme-specific information sessions are thoughtfully tailored to cater to individuals navigating their way into high-demand tech career roles.

Through providing a platform to meet experienced trainers and career consultants, the Insight Series equips participants with valuable insights on how to seamlessly transition into these in-demand roles. The series aims to provide more details for those interested in the Advanced Professional Certificate Programme and offers insights into the career pathway, curriculum, and transitional roles. Additionally, it explores how these skills can aid in career transitions and skill expansion while also addressing funding matters and the application process.

Opening Doors To Address Relevant Real-Life Queries

The interaction with career consultants and trainers is a vital part of the Insight Series as it provides learners with the opportunity to receive personalised guidance and support. This direct interaction allows prospective learners to ask burning questions that are highly relevant and timely to the industry climate, ensuring that they get the information they need to make informed decisions about their career paths.

Questions asked by participants through the Pigeonhole app during past Insight Series sessions.

Through this initial conversation with experienced professionals, learners can understand high-demand tech career roles and receive advice on navigating the changing job market effectively. Participants would also gain insights on the industry-relevant skills and knowledge taught by the industry practitioners such as the industry tools and software that they will be learning during the programme.
