Dr Nisha Abu Bakar

Dr Nisha Abu Bakar

Dr. Nisha is a regional and international management consultant. She is well known for her expertise in developing global strategies and roadmaps to establish strong positioning. Her consultancy expertise includes undertaking detailed feasibility studies, gathering market intelligence, data collection and analysis, facilitating ground up discussions with tourism boards, and relevant stakeholder agencies, designing long-term strategic plans and benchmarks and developing implementation processes.

Dr Nisha holds a professional speaking qualification, certified by the renowned Speakers Institute (Australia). Her wide training exposure in diverse fields provides her with a unique advantage to transfer best practices  across industries. Many public and government organizations have benefitted tremendously through the understanding and implementation of high service standards and orientation.

As a corporate facilitator and trainer,  Dr Nisha has trained and coached staff from international, regional and national public and private organisations and in industries ranging from hospitality and tourism, healthcare, banks and financial institutions, utilities providers, telecommunication, military and regulatory boards, Immigration and Airports, retail companies and academic institutions. She has provided training for Excellence Service Award (EXSA) winners from the service industry and the Customer Service Professional (CSP) course, accredited by the WDA. She has provided service excellence training for call center staff from the banking and financial institutions, healthcare, telecommunication and public sector organizations.
 
Dr Nisha is a Certified MBTI, DISC and STRONG Administrator with Asianic Psychological Press, Australia and Behavioral Coach. She is also licensed by Etiquette Survival Group (U.S) to conduct Social and Business Etiquette.  
 
Dr Nisha had delivered Change Management programmes for Republic of Singapore Airforce, Tourism Council of Bhutan, Saigon Tourist Group, and Western Cape Economic and Tourism Board in Cape Town, Africa. She has consistently maintained high course and trainer evaluations rating of an average score of 4.8 out of 5 for all training sessions. 

Dr Nisha holds a PhD from Murdoch University, a MBA from Nanyang Technological University and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
