Andy's paper on ‘A Decision-Tree based Continuous Learning Framework for Real-Time Prediction of Runway Capacities’. is awarded one of the Best Student Papers at the IEEE Integrated Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance Conference (ICNS 2021). It is among the only three papers awarded.
Andy Lam is currently doing his Ph.D. in Aviation/Airway Management & Operations under the supervision of Prof. Sameer Alam.
