2023 DISCOVER URECA Poster Competition

 

Congratulations to URECA student Irina Rae Ong for winning the 2023 DISCOVER URECA Poster Competition prize! She did an awesome job with her research project on a new machine learning algorithm for sentiment analysis of social media posts. She tested her algorithm on different topics, like education, health and politics, and showed how well it works. She also explained her results in a simple and fun way, wowing the judges and the audience.
