SCALE@NTU in NCS TechConnect 2019

NCS TechConnect 2019 was hosted at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre on 10 May 2019. It is an annual event of NCS that brings industry peers and business partners together and provides an avenue to explore new IT solutions from NCS as well as an eco-system of leading technology players.

The theme of TechConnect 2019 is Purpose-driven Transformation, emphasizing on user-centred design with focused business outcomes for future of work. The talks and demonstrations span extensive areas including Data, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Cloud and Cyber Security, allowing attendees to gain insights on the latest tech trends and best practices from renowned speakers.

The projects in SCALE@NTU were featured in the event as the Next Big Things, showcasing the potential of innovation for the future. By working closely with domain experts from NCS, SCALE@NTU have developed several prototypes in sound/speech analytics, video analytics and intelligent transport system. The IPs generated from SCALE@NTU are being progressively integrated into NCS's products to enhance the capabilities.
