Asia’s Top Sustainability Superwomen 2019

Prof Madhavi Srinivasan was the only academic on the Asia’s Top Sustainability Superwomen 2019 list for being an exceptional female #sustainability leader in the region.

One of 27 outstanding Superwomen from 11 countries, She was recognised for her sustainability work in energy storage and recycling e-waste, especially lithium ion batteries and the extraction of precious earth metals that can be reused.

She envisions a future where more than 70% of consumer devices are produced from recycled e-waste materials, supporting a more #sustainable society.
