USMA Semester Exchange Programme

The SAF-NTU Academy (SNA), together with the Training Department of the Singapore Army (G6 Army) and the Office of Global Education and Mobility of Nanyang Technological University (OGEM, NTU) have worked with the United States Military Academy (USMA), also known as West Point, to develop a Semester Exchange Programme (SEP) for USMA cadet-undergraduates and Singapore Army-NTU undergraduates.

Located in West Point, New York, the USMA is both a military organisation and a top-ranked public undergraduate university of the United States.  The Academy is the oldest of the country’s five federal service academies.  The most popular majors at USMA include Engineering, Social Sciences, Business, Management, Marketing, and Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.  Academic credits earned from courses at USMA may be submitted for credit recognition in NTU.  Prospective exchange students can choose from a wide array of accredited academic programmes offered in the Semester of the Exchange.  Students may also pursue Military Education courses and Physical Education courses in various sports offered at USMA
