Shanghai Book Company Bursary 

Introduction:

Singapore's oldest bookstore, the Shanghai Book Company has played a critical role in promoting the Chinese culture and an indigenous identity in South-east Asia. The bookstore used to be a favourite haunt of many Singaporeans, having satisfied the literary cravings of a whole generation of Nanyang University students, with its extensive collection of Chinese books. This bursary is open to students majoring in Chinese studies. It will support 6 awards per academic year.

Criteria:

Bursary applicants shall be considered based on their financial needs. Candidates will be short-listed and selected by the Financial Aid Section of NTU Shared Services.
