Celebrating Diversity: Centre for Modern Languages Hosts International Language Day with Distinguished Guests

On Wednesday, February 21st, the Centre for Modern Languages orchestrated a vibrant celebration known as 'International Language Day.' The event, held in the CoHASS foyer, was designed to immerse faculty, staff, and students in a rich tapestry of cultural and linguistic experiences. The centre-piece of the event was the captivating opening ceremony, graced by distinguished VIPs including Prof. Liow Chin Yong, Joseph (Dean, CoHASS), Seeto Wei Peng (Director, Academic Director, CoHASS), Prof. KK Luke (Acting Chair, School of Humanities), Mr. Mohamed AlZarooni (Head of Economic, Political and Media Affairs, United Arab Emirates Embassy), and Felix Anthonysammy (Campus France Manager, French Embassy).
