Freshmen Welcome into University Life at SoH Orientation Programme

The School of Humanities (SoH) welcomed its newest cohort of students with enthusiasm and warmth during the SoH Transition and Orientation Programme (TOP), held from 5 to 8 August 2024. Over the course of three engaging days, freshmen had the opportunity to connect with their peers, meet senior students, and interact with faculty members from their respective disciplines. The programme was designed to foster a sense of community and ease the transition into university life.

Feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing their excitement about the new friendships and connections they have already started to build. As the freshmen embark on this new chapter, the SoH community looks forward to supporting them in making lasting memories and achieving their academic and personal goals.
