Psychology Professor appointed LEAD PI for the CADENCE project
Congratulations to Associate Professor Andy Ho from the Psychology Programme on being appointed LEAD PI for the CADENCE project (Cardiovascular Disease National Collaborative Enterprise) – Platform 3: Artificial Intelligence, Digital health and Human Potential.
CADENCE harnesses the synergy between technology, data, and the interaction between humans and machines. This synergy enables the platform to offer guidance on lifestyle and behaviour, supported by clinician-pharmacists trained to address hyperlipidemia.
A/P Andy, the lead for this platform, aims to enhance healthcare results by enabling individuals and communities to adopt healthier and more satisfying lifestyles. This, in turn, results in enhanced management of chronic ailments and an elevated quality of life, ultimately reducing healthcare expenses.
