It is normal to react to bad situations with anger, but why is it not a recommended emotion to have? In this feature that investigates human emotions, Assoc Prof Andy Ho from the School of SSS shared insights on the topic of anger. Anger can be seen as a way for people to express dissatisfaction with the status quo as society progresses. "For example, if you see a child being bullied, and you find that there are many social injustices happening, you will feel very angry. This anger makes you feel that you must do something, and you must do something to change this reality and bring better results to society," he said.
