What price peace? The Trump-Nobel poser

In this commentary, Prof Joseph Liow, Tan Kah Kee chair in comparative and international politics and Dean of the CoHAss at NTU, discussed how despite US President Trump’s distasteful ‘diplomacy by shock therapy’, he has kick-started action on resolving two major conflicts - Ukraine and Gaza. The President intends to accomplish his goal “through strength”, Prof Liow wrote, and those who have argued Mr Trump as an isolationist president have been proven dead wrong.
