Overseas Film Festival
In the Overseas Film Festival course, students gain the opportunity to visit prestigious international film festivals from Busan to New York. Students acquire critical perspectives on the history and theory of film festivals as well as direct, hands-on experience by meeting and engaging with professionals from across the globe. They also develop a more thorough understanding of the international film festival curatorship, programming, management, and organisation practice.
Students then conclude their learnings through a research project which discusses relevant themes, terms, theories and concepts of film festivals.
