In the spirit of the season, CNA asked business leaders in Singapore how they'd like to show appreciation to the mentors who have guided them in their careers. Serene Cai, co-founder of Speedoc, named Wong Pei Wen, senior lecturer at NTU, as her mentor. Pei, who was her lecturer in her undergraduate days, has supported Cai as she navigated her way through graduation, being a floundering startup founder trying to figure things out; and finally finding her way as a female leader responsible for operations in three countries.
