Programme

Is this a full-time or part-time programme?

The NTU-IMBA is a part-time programme.

What is the period of study for the NTU IMBA programme?

Min. candidature: 15 months

Max. candidature: 60 months

Where are the classes conducted?

Classes will be delivered in a hybrid format with in-class sessions at UEH campus in Ho Chi Minh City and live sessions conducted via Zoom. The programme also comes with global immersion trips.

What do the AACSB and EQUIS accreditations mentioned in the IMBA brochure mean?

Nanyang Business School of NTU Singapore has achieved both AACSB and EQUIS accreditations. The AACSB and EQUIS accreditations are significant benchmarks for evaluating the quality of MBA programmes globally. Minimum Entry Requirements

What are the minimum entry requirements for the NTU IMBA programme?

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university 
  • At least three (3) years of professional experience
  • Submit Executive Assessment (EA) result
  • TOEFL score > 100 IBT or IELTS score > 6.5, if English was not the medium of instruction used at the undergraduate level

I do not have a bachelor's degree. Will my application be considered if I have a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, diploma)?

Candidates need to possess a recognised Bachelor's degree to be eligible for the IMBA programme.

I have recently graduated with a bachelor's degree and do not have any / less than 2 years of working experience. Will my application be considered?

Unfortunately, no. You need to have at least three (3) years of professional experience to be considered for the IMBA programme. 

Applications

How many intakes do you have per year?

There is only one intake per academic year.

How do I apply?

We only accept applications submitted via our online application system

Do I have to be a Vietnamese to apply for the NTU IMBA programme?

You are not required to be a Vietnamese to apply for the IMBA programme. However, it is recommended that you reside in Vietnam as majority of the classes will be conducted at UEH campus in Ho Chi Minh City.

When should I submit the application form?

How much is the application fee?

SGD 100. Please pay online or through a bank draft with the clearing bank in Singapore. The application fee is non-refundable.

What should I do after submitting my application?

Submitted applications will be reviewed and a notification email will be sent to you if your application is missing some documents. Assessment begins after the application deadline of each round. You will be notified if you have been shortlisted for an interview within 4 to 6 weeks after the application deadline of the round which you have applied to.

How do I check the status of my application?

You may track the status of your application by logging to the online application system with your username and password.

How many referee reports are required?

Two (2). All reports must be submitted using the standard template provided.

Who can be my referee(s)?

  • Your immediate supervisors (both past and present)
  • University instructors
  • Business associates (for self-employed candidates only)

Do I submit the referee report in hard or soft copy?

Request for a referee report will be sent to your nominated referees directly via the email address you have provided.

Who should I contact if I encounter technical issues with my online application?

Will I be required to go through an interview?

Only shortlisted candidates will be required to go through an interview. You will be informed via email if you have been shortlisted.

How will I be notified of the admission decision?

You will be informed of the admission decision by email, together with instructions on how to accept the admission offer. Only successful candidates will be notified. Applicants are advised to check the online application system for their application status. 

Will I receive feedback if my application is unsuccessful?

For confidentiality purposes. we will not be able to provide feedback on rejected applications.
