Presentation Guidelines
Podium Presentations
All timing includes Q&A session. A single and double bell will indicate 5-minute and 2-minute warnings, respectively.
- Plenary: 30 minutes
- Keynote: 20 minutes
- Invited and Contributed: 15 minutes
Speakers are advised to bring their own connectors for their laptops.
Poster Presentations
A vertical poster board will be provided to each presenter.
The posters shall be prepared as follows:
- Size: A1 (59.4 x 84.1 cm; 23.4 x 33.1 inches) or A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm; 33.1 x 46.8 inches)
- Orientation: portrait
