Lab General Rules
Lab visitors and users are required to be in the following attire.
Lab Users will be provided with the following PPE:
Sample Submission Rules
- It is users’ responsibility to inform lab staff on their samples’ details. Refer to Sample Declaration Form
- Samples that contained HF are strictly prohibited.
Lab Visitors Rules
- Lab visitors please email CESEL Lab staff to route for approval from CEE Management.
Facilities Booking & Cancellation Rules
- All equipment usage required at least one day advance booking.
- Lab Users need to be responsible for their own booking, users who did not turn up for their slot will be charged according to the number of hours they booked with normal rate.
- Booking cancellation need to be at least 4 hours in advance.
Lab Etiquette
- Lab users must tidy up and clear all the unwanted samples or materials.
- Samples/ materials must be labelled clearly.
- Thumb drive / laptop / hard disc must be scanned for viruses in the lab designated PC before using on the equipment PC.
