WSH Ownership Warrior (WOW) Card Game
WOW card game was designed as part of the project on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Ownership funded by the Workplace Safety and Health Institute (WSHI) at MOM. The project focused on five major industries in Singapore: Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics and Transport, Marine, and Hospitality and Entertainment. The card game aims to enhance WSH ownership through gameplay. In this game, players need to solve challenges by using the right equipment cards and resource cards (ownership cards and intervention area cards). Participants can play as managers, supervisors or workers and need to address near miss cards if encountered by one to prevent accidents. The game is designed as an open system that can be used for repetitive exposure to enhance WSH ownership awareness, attitudes and decision making.
