Important: New NTU Pass-compatible readers are being installed across campus, starting with the academic areas. During this time, please bring along your physical student/staff card to access different parts of campus. Physical cards will be phased out by 4 August 2025. 

How to use the NTU Pass app

Entering Campus Facilities

Use the NTU Pass app to access campus facilities equipped with door access control. There are two types of readers, which offer you various access methods, like facial recognition, or the Digital Key or QR code in the app. 

At Campus Libraries

From April this year, you can use the NTU Pass at all our campus libraries. Open the Digital Key in the app and tap it against the reader to enter libraries with gantries or borrow library materials.
