Termination / Loss / Replacement of Concession Card for NTU Students

Withdrawal from NTU

Head down to any TransitLink Ticket Offices to request for refund of the remaining travel value and return your Concession Card.

If you do not require any refunds for the remaining travel value, book an appointment and return your Concession Card to One Stop @SAC.

Loss of Concession Card

If your concession is found and returned to One Stop @SAC, One Stop staff will contact you to collect the card at One Stop @SAC via NTU email.

Replacement of Concession Card (Damaged / Faulty / Lost Card)

You may apply for an online replacement via Transitlink website.

For immediate replacement, you may visit any  Ticketing Service Centres.
