Associate Professor Victor Lim Fei publishes a journal article and was invited to speak at 3 different events

Assoc Prof Victor Lim Fei from NIE’s English Language and Literature Academic Group (ELL AG), wrote a journal article titled “Mapping the Lesson: Network Graphs and Microgenres” in the Journal of Education for Teaching. This article explores an approach of analysing and visualising a language lesson with lesson microgenre and network graphs to provide an overview map of the lesson enactment. It also describes the application of the approach in a study of the English lessons conducted by two teachers in a Singapore primary school and discuss the implications of the approach on teacher training.

He was also invited to speak at the following events:

Invited Keynote Speaker on “Inspiring Innovation with Technology: Connect, Collaborate and Co-Create with Generative Artificial Intelligence” at the National Project Work Seminar 2023 on 26 July 2023, organised by the English Language and Literature Branch, Curriculum Planning and Development Division, Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore
