![]() | Mr. Francis Tay Francis is currently a lecturer at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Wee Kim Wee School for Communications and Information (WKWSCI), teaching Business Intelligence, Information Sources and Services, and Information Entrepreneurship in the Master of Knowledge Management, Master of Information Systems, and Master of Information Studies and Master of Mass Communications. He has been teaching at NTU at post-graduate level for more than 10 years. Francis has also conducted short courses under PACE’s programmes in specialised areas e.g., Data Analysis and Analytics, Market Sensing, and others.
