Kelvin Kok is a seasoned technopreneur and the CEO and Co-founder of KOOKREE, a Singapore-based deep tech company specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, with a focus on Generative AI and Computer Vision for diverse industry applications. Under his leadership, KOOKREE has achieved significant milestones, including winning the IMDA Open Innovation Challenge three times, being recognized as a Google Global Alumni Tech Startup, and receiving the Enterprise Singapore SGTech Award. The company has also contributed to the AI research community with groundbreaking R&D papers published at renowned international conferences.
Kelvin is deeply committed to knowledge sharing, believing that expertise is a continuous journey. Currently, he serves as an external instructor and mentor at the NTU Entrepreneurship Academy, where he teaches Master Degree module in both English and Chinese classes. He was also appointed by SUSS Academy as the industry advisor to support CET program.
Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Kelvin had a distinguished two-decade military career, holding key command & staff appointments, He was also a diplomat at the Singapore Embassy in Thailand.
An active community volunteer, Kelvin chairs/co-chairs 4 committees and has been honored with three National Day Awards in recognition of his service and contributions.
