Course Title | Objective |
Course 1 | This course is the foundational course of this programme as it focuses on the activities of a business and data analyst from data acquisition to presentation of insights. In this programme, we've structured the learning into three segments, each focusing on the tools most essential for business and data analysts. What you will learnt:
|
Course 2 | Whether individual or business, we are constantly inundated with data and information through various digital and non-digital channels. Whilst digital tools and methods for gathering data and information about our customers,
competitors and markets are used extensively, non-digital techniques, approaches and channels are also there for us to leverage on. What you will learnt:
|
Course 3 | Companies are incorporating, or at the very least, leveraging on technologies in their operations. They are digitally connecting themselves to their suppliers, partners, government and customers. Two things that have stood out in the digital economy are the potential of data analytics and the opportunity to be more sensing as an organisation. Understanding the customer goes beyond profiling the customer; a company seeks to understand the “How”, “When”, “Why” and “Where” of the purchase cycle. The objective of this course is to provide participants with the knowledge on how to leverage on data analytics and market sensing to improve sales and marketing efforts. What you will learnt:
|
- Professionals looking to upskill or reskill in data analytics to enhance their job performance and career prospects.
- Managers and decision-makers who want to leverage data analytics to drive business insights and strategic decisions.
- IT and data professionals aiming to strengthen their technical expertise and broaden their understanding of key analytic tools.
