Mask Wearing

1. A mask is required in the clinic if you have the following symptoms of Acute respiratory illness:
   • Runny nose or congestion
   • Sore throat
   • Cough
   • Body aches
   • Fever
     
2. Medically vulnerable persons, seniors, are encouraged to put on a mask in the clinic.
   
   
3. Please be informed that the clinic is unable to register and treat patients who are currently positive for Covid-19 .
