Mr Eric Dai joined Bank of America China as the Chief Technology Officer from Citibank China in November 2016. He is responsible for managing the technology services in infrastructure, application development, information security, process re-engineering and major IT project management to support business expansion in China.

Prior to joining Bank of America China, he was Chief Information Officer for ANZ Bank, and has worked at ABN AMRO, Credit Suisse and EDS in the technology field.

Mr Dai graduated from Shanghai University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering. He also holds a Master of Science from Middlesex University and an EMBA from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Apart from the various professional qualifications in IT, he is also a member of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association​) and Certificated Information System Auditor.
