CEE Mentors
The School has launched voluntary adjunct appointments, ‘CEE Mentor’, to invite alumni, industry partners and agencies to collaborate and contribute to research, innovation and education of the School. The CEE Mentor position would be appointed on a 2-year term (renewable). The School welcomes suitable nominations by CEE faculty and alumni.
The roles and responsibilities of the CEE Mentor are:
- To bridge the academic and industrial needs and expectations for research, innovation, and professional services
- To bring fresh ideas and practical perspectives into innovation, research, education, and training
- To mentor/advise students and junior faculty members
CEE Mentor Nomination
The nominee should fulfill the following criteria:
- Hold a key position in industry, agencies, or research-related organizations
- Have extensive industrial/professional/managerial experience
- Demonstrate strong passion or aspirations for research, innovation or in nurturing students
- Possess relevant technical background or innovative ideas to guide or contribute to R&D or capability building of the School
