This presentation highlights key aspects of future industrial guidance in China, the economic outlook for 2022-2023, the development in Southeast Asia, Chinese companies' overseas expansion and talent requirements, government policies guiding high-tech and innovation talent, and provides suggestions for professional development. It provides an overview of the current and upcoming trends in these areas, offering insights into the direction of China's domestic industries, the economic landscape, regional development, and the policies shaping the high-tech and innovation sectors. Additionally, it offers valuable career development advice to enhance professional growth in line with these trends.

Mr Jibin (Patrick) Liao would like to share his experience as organizational development partner to help with technology translation and technical team building for unicorn listed company such as Tencent and Alibaba.
