Highly Commended (Engineering) in The Global Undergraduate Awards 2024 - Tricia Lim
We are proud to announce that Tricia Lim Le Sing, a graduate from Nanyang Technological University’s School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, has been named a 2024 Highly Commended Entrant (Top 10%) in the Engineering Category for The Global Undergraduate Awards 2024.
Her undergraduate final year project (FYP) thesis, “Biocementation for Beach Erosion Control,” has gained global recognition, reflecting her dedication to solving real-world environmental challenges.
Tricia Lim was mentored by her FYP supervisor Professor Chu Jian with the support of PhD student Zhang Zheng and the lab technicians.
Now a research staff member, Tricia continues to pursue innovative solutions in coastal conservation and environmental protection, with a commitment to making a positive impact on the environment.
