The Chinese Heritage Centre (CHC) is located in the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) campus, a 200-ha residential garden campus located in the south-western part of Singapore near the Jurong West Extension area. CHC is easily accessible by two expressways, the Pan-island Expressway (PIE) and Kranji Expressway (KJE). It is also near the Boon Lay bus interchange (Bus no.179 from Boon Lay interchange, alighting at Bus Stop (27251) in front of Yunan Garden)​ and the Boon Lay Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station.

The Chinese Heritage Centre's main offices are housed in the Wang Gungwu Library at level 1.​​
