Biographical Profile

Michelle completed her Bachelor of Science (Psychology) at the University of Melbourne in 2016 and completed her fourth-year honours at James Cook University (Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honours)) in 2018. She has worked with diverse populations in Singapore, such as children with special needs, vulnerable youths and adults under MSF's care, and typically developing children. Before joining CRADLE, she was a Research Assistant at NIE's Centre for Research in Child Development (CRCD), where she was part of a child biliteracy project that involved behavioural assessments and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Michelle is passionate about Cognitive Psychology and Neuroscience, and hopes to contribute meaningfully to research in the relevant sectors.

Cognitive Psychology, Neuroscience, Neuroimaging, Language learning and acquisition, Speech and Language Pathology.
