Standards Development Office

The Standards Development Organisation @ NTU (NTU - SDO) managed by ERI@N was set up in June 2021 to take over the role of Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) for the development and promotion of standards under the purview of the Electrical & Electronic Standards Committee (EESC).

NTU - SDO supports EnterpriseSG and EESC that participate in activities in the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and represent as the Singapore National Committee for the IEC (SNC-IEC) to influence the development of IEC standards. In addition, NTU - SDO will support the various Technical Committees (TCs) and Working Groups (WGs) to study the relevant IEC and ISO standards for adoption and adaption in Singapore.
