Description:

This programme is designed to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills to effectively integrate AI into their teaching practices. It aims to enhance the educational experience by leveraging AI technologies to create more personalised, efficient, and engaging learning environments. At the end of the programme, learners will be well-equipped to harness the power of AI in their educational environments, ensuring that they are prepared for the future of teaching and learning.

Description:

To embrace the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence, Nanjing University has made great efforts in building  a "1+X+Y" AI General Education Core Curriculum System, including 1 core course of AI General Education, "X" Course Group of AI Interdisciplinary Literacy , and "Y" Course Group of AI Frontier Extension. The curriculum aims not only to develop students' foundational AI literacy but also to cultivate their innovative problem-solving skills across diverse fields, preparing them to thrive in the emerging era of intelligence.

Description:

Virtual & Augmented Reality Technology-enhanced Learning (VARTeL) is an EduTech innovation developed at NTU for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Education. In this demo, interested audience will be invited to join a hands-on session designing customised Formula One Car.

Description:

This VR demo, a collaboration between NTU and NIE (Physical Education and Sports Science), uses immersive VR to enhance goalkeeping skills with real-time metrics like error distance and response accuracy. Players can train specific goal areas repeatedly in a virtual environment, improving performance without the constraints of on-field training.

This exhibition explores the potential application of the Voxon VX1 volumetric display to present quantum mechanics concepts in actual 3D space. Leveraging this advanced volumetric technology, dynamic visualizations of time-varying probability density functions for quantum particles in various potentials, barriers, and systems have been developed. By focusing on the visualization of propagating Gaussian wave packets in both two- and three-dimensional spaces, the project provides an intuitive way for students to grasp the mathematical complexities underlying quantum mechanics. The visualizations are produced by numerically solving quantum systems or using known analytical solutions to obtain the desired data. This is followed by post-processing the numerical data in Blender to generate animations and models compatible with the Voxon VX1. These animations offer a medium for observing quantum phenomena from multiple perspectives such as visualizing 3D hydrogen probability densities from different angles without the need for specialised glasses or apparatus.
