CSC(Executive) Phase 1
For CSC (E), two CE Master’s courses are offered, namely, Leadership Development in Organisation and Leadership in Context. Officers attending CSC (E) will be required to choose a minimum of 1 of the 2 main courses, to be completed up to NTU’s accreditation requirement. For officers who select to do only one course up to NTU’s accreditation requirement, they will still have to complete the remaining course up to GKS CSC requirement.
Officers attending CSC(E) may also take up The Evolution of Strategic Thought, The Analysis of Defence and Security Policies. Maritime Security Studies, Airpower Studies and Landpower Studies courses, up to NTU’s accreditation requirement under the Security Studies Specialist Elective Track.

Credit Transfer
SAF officers will be given up to 4 course credit transfer depending on the number of CE Master's courses taken up to NTU's accreditation requirement and the choice of NTU Master's programme. Completion of the combination of CE Master’s courses to obtain maximum course credit transfer will amount to completion of 10%-40% of a typical NTU Master's Programme coursework.
1. To qualify for 1, 2 or 3 course credit transfer, at least 1 course must be either LC or LDO, with a minimum grade point of 2.5. To qualify for a maximum of 4 course credit transfer, all 4 courses (LC, LDO, ADSP and EST) must have a minimum grade point of 2.5 each.
2. For credit transfer to the MBA programme, both LC and LDO must be taken and both must have a minimum grade point of 2.5 each (treated as a pair).
3. The course credit transfer includes courses under the Security Studies Elective Track, The Analysis of Defence and Security Policies (ADSP), The Evolution of Strategic Thought (EST), Maritime Security Studies (MSS) , Airpower Studies (APS) and Landpower Studies (LPS).

The SUSS - SAF Programme allows for credit recognition of 30 cu from the CE Master's courses completed to NTU's accreditation requirements in Phase 1. To successfully obtain the Bachelor's degree (minor in Military Studies), students are required to complete the remaining number of required cu from the Major Discipline and University core courses.
