Dr Hui-Teng Hoo is a Senior Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and Director of Accreditation & Assurance of Learning at The Center for Leadership and Cultural Intelligence. A multiple teaching award recipient, she teaches Cultural Intelligence both in the degree and executive education programs. She is an innovator in assessment and feedback technologies, creating the e-Rubrics for the University and has won accolades from international accreditation bodies. Her research focuses on systematic reviews, feedback literacies and multi-cultural teams. She is actively involved in external service to the industry and broader academic community. She obtained two doctoral degrees from University College London, UK and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
