Thomas Rockstuhl is an Associate Professor in management at the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and Director of Psychometrics at The Center for Leadership and Cultural Intelligence. He is a scholar from Germany’s most prestigious gifted-students program (“Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes”) and holds a double-Masters in Clinical and I/O Psychology from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany. His research focuses on the generalizability of theories across cultural contexts, and on the conceptualization and nomological network of intercultural capabilities. His research has appeared in top management journals, such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Journal of International Business Studies. Thomas is widely considered an expert in CQ and has won multiple international research awards for his work on CQ and cross-cultural management. He manages the on-going cultural intelligence assessment for business and executive development education, and CQ courses conducted at the MBA, graduate and undergraduate levels in university.
