Project Group : Homebound

”Easy to find, Peace of Mind”

In Singapore today, over 82000 people suffer from dementia and this number is expected to grow by over 25 percent. Additionally, over half of them feel less competent. Homebound seeks to enable them while allowing caregivers to feel more at ease. Homebound is a wearable device that not only allows caregivers to track the location of their ward, but also provides guidance home when required, a feature exclusive to Homebound. With Homebound, families will feel safe to allow their word to go out unsupervised. Eventually, Homebound will impact a wider audience including but not limited to children, patients and deliverymen.​
