”Empowering Wheelchair-Bound Living”​

SimplyShift addresses the difficulty wheelchair-bound elderly face in moving to and from their wheelchair.​ Most elderly lack arm strength and have to rely on a caregiver to transfer them. Currently, most products in the market require the aid of a caregiver or propose a customized wheelchair. SimplyShift is a modular add-on to the existing wheelchair that allows users to transfer themselves out of their wheelchair and back to it. Our key selling point is that users can transfer themselves to platforms of different heights within a 10cm height difference. With SimplyShift, we can empower wheelchair-bound living and make it hassle-free.
