Masters by Research
The College offers graduate research programmes in Master of Arts in Chinese, English, History, Linguistics & Multilingual Studies, Philosophy, Psychology, and Sociology; Master of Communication Studies. These programmes build on the skills and knowledge developed during undergraduate study. It involves undertaking advanced research in a chosen field, and developing your skills and expertise in both applying and critically evaluating various research methodologies.

School of Art, Design and Media
The programme is designed for students who wish to pursue cutting-edge research in specific areas of Art, Design and Media. The MA has been structured to keep the number of required courses to a minimum (three) so that students’ time and energy can be utilized fully in the research topic of their choice. Students will work under the close supervision of ADM faculty for the duration of their studies.

The programmes are offered in most of the disciplines: Chinese, English, Linguistics & Multilingual Studies, History, and Philosophy. The School offers Graduate Research Degrees in all of these disciplines.
School of Social Sciences
The school offers students to be part of a rigorous intellectual environment which emphasises global and comparative perspectives, broad-based thinking, multi-disciplinary approaches, cultural awareness, contemporary Asian relevance and international research network.
Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information
Graduates will be prepared for a research-oriented career in academia or in communication and information industry. The programmes will equip graduates with research skills and mental tenacity to cope with future challenges in research and teaching.
