Overview
The Industry Innovation Consortium (IIC) aims to encourage and strengthen the connections and collaborations between university and industry, fostering better information exchange and value creation in terms of curriculum updates, career opportunities, and joint projects.
Benefits
This program allows corporate members:
- to engage with talented students early and identify potential hires for the organization;
- to preview CCDS’s latest and ongoing research work;
- to contribute industry problem statements as research projects with faculty and students;
- to provide feedback on curriculum updates to ensure that the quality of education continues to meet the needs of the industry;
- to schedule on-campus events, recruiting presentations, technical talks, contest, and/or social gatherings with CCDS students and faculty; and
- to provide mentorship to students and industry insights to CCDS.

Company partners can post their internship opportunites here. I-lab will assit in sourcing out the qualified CCDS students.
Industry-University Monthly Dialogue
The monthly dialogue intends to maintain and strengthen the close communications between industry and university, especially CCDS students, staff, faculty and alumni. Each month, representatives from company partners and CCDS student, staff and faculty will gather at Innovation Lab to discuss the hottest topics in academia and industry and the potential research colloabarations. The theme of the dialogue is flexible, ranging from information updating and exchanging, career talks, practical problems from industry, latest research status at CCDS, student projects presentation, etc.
