At NTUpreneur, our instructors for the Master of Science in Technopreneurship and Innovation Programme (MSc TIP) and the FlexiMasters in Technopreneurship and Innovation Programme (FM TIP) consist of accomplished entrepreneurs, industry veterans, tech and IP professionals, and academic experts in diverse domains. With extensive experience in start-ups, venture capital, and corporate innovation, they provide valuable industry insights, real-world perspectives, and practical expertise in the classroom. Ms Audrey Chen Yihan

Holding a strong belief in a growth mindset and life-long learning, Ms Chen Yihan (Audrey) has been a continuous learner with a special interest in education, entrepreneurship, and business management. Her areas of interest are personal development, entrepreneurial decision-making, and project management.
Trained in education research and business management, Audrey has built up a career path covering major stages of enterprise development: start-up, SME, listed companies, as well as public education institutions. She has contributed to the organisations in aspects from operation to strategy, such as team building, emerging trends / special topic research, project management, business development, and strategic planning and implementation.

Ms Jackie Xu
Blockchain/Crypto/Web 3 Entrepreneur and Expert; Former Business Leader/Senior Executive in Internet Technology, Marketing & Communication
Ms Jackie is a seasoned professional with expertise in marketing, internet technology, blockchain, and Web3 industries. She has held various leadership roles in renowned organisations, such as Managing Director at Edelman PR, the world's largest public relations company, and CEO at MullenLowe, an advertising firm affiliated with IPG, one of the world's four largest advertising groups. Jackie has also served as CMO and COO for blockchain start-ups and has worked as a senior coach and CMO at a US-based career coaching company. Currently, she is the Managing Director of a Web3 start-up in Singapore and an active contributor to women's leadership development organisations, including Lean In China and sHero.
With a deep understanding and hands-on experience in corporate strategy, operations, finance, and talent development, Jackie boasts a diverse skill set that encompasses management consulting, marketing, product strategy, project management, cryptocurrency, and decentralised finance. She has a proven track record of success in enterprise start-up, growth, transformation, and turnaround management.
Ms Jackie holds an MBA degree and a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certificate.

Mr Jason Ho Kai Joo
Entrepreneur, Angel Investor, Practitioner Faculty
Mr Jason is an entrepreneur, angel investor, and practitioner faculty in 48 universities in UK, USA, France, Australia, and Singapore with more than 2 decades of experiences. His primary venture, The Guild of Storytellers Pte Ltd has represented the University of Cambridge (England) for Entrepreneurship to the British Royal Family in The Royal Visit in 2018. Jason is an alumnus of University of Cambridge (MSt), Imperial College London (MBA) and a Life member of the Oxbridge Society.

Mr Kelvin is a seasoned technopreneur and currently is the CEO and Co-founder of a Singapore-based deep tech company specialising in Generative AI and Computer Vision Solutions. The company is dipping into the space of Generative AI and developing text2video and image2video solutions to revolutionise the video advertising industry. The company is also exploring AI possibilities to make lives simpler, smarter, and safer in video analytics with focus on the Public Safety & Security and Smart Cities. Previously, he founded & exited a consultancy dedicated to assisting clients with concept development and experimentation. He is also an adjunct lecturer at NTU, a former military officer with diplomatic experience, and an active volunteer awarded three State Medals for service.

Dr Xia Zhiqiang
Academic Director and Postgraduate & Undergraduate Programmes Lead, NTU Entrepreneurship Academy (NTUpreneur)
Dr Xia Zhiqiang is the Academic Director and Postgraduate & Undergraduate Programmes Lead at the NTU Entrepreneurship Academy (NTUpreneur). He oversees the Master of Science in Technopreneurship and Innovation programme (MSc TIP) and provides strategic direction to the management and operation of the MiE and SMiE programmes. He has won recognition for developing educational partnership with top international universities and institutions, as well as overseas entrepreneurship immersion and international venture competitions.
He is an Adjunct Professor of Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and served as the President of International Council for Small Business (Singapore Chapter) from 2015 to 2017. He has helped many entrepreneurs and startups in securing venture funding or strategizing business growth or international development. In 2019, he received the Commendation Medal (Education) on Singapore's National Day.
