Students are permitted to go on exchange in their final year (Year 4); however, they should be aware that delays in credit transfer procedures may result in them missing the convocation ceremony. As such, they must make an informed decision before opting for an exchange in their final year.

Additionally, final-year students are not permitted to apply for exchange at the following universities, as these institutions only issue confirmed transcripts once a year, after the end of Semester 2.

Aston University, United Kingdom
Royal Veterinary College of the University of London, United Kingdom
University of Leeds, United Kingdom
University of Manchester, United Kingdom
University of Southampton, United Kingdom

Students are recommended to go for exchange only after they have completed their core and ICC modules.
