SkillsFuture Credit 
On top of the above funding, Singapore Citizens, aged 25 and above and self-sponsored may use their SkillsFuture Credit to defray part of the nett course fee. 

Participants do not need to contact SkillsFuture for funding application before course registration. NTU will facilitate the funding paperwork for both self and company-sponsored participants. Participants will be invoiced the nett amount after funding and GST.

Funding Requirements:
- Participant must achieve at least 75% attendance for the programme.
- Participant must complete a small group project during the course.

Upon meeting at least 75% class attendance and completing a small group project and/or other forms of assignments, participants will receive an Executive Certificate in Engineering Leadership issued by Nanyang Business School, NTU Singapore.

The Executive Certificate in Engineering Leadership programme qualifies for 65 PDUs ​by PEB.

Dr Tan Joo Seng is one of the world’s leading practitioners on cultural intelligence. He was among the first to develop and conduct corporate training programs based on cultural intelligence. His expertise on cultural intelligence, cross-cultural leadership, cross-cultural communication and negotiation is sought after by leading global companies.

He has been interviewed and profiled in leading business publications in the Asia-Pacific region. He is regularly invited to be a guest speaker by different organizations in North America and Asia. He has worked with Fortune 500 clients on diverse projects. He has been Program Chair for Cornell-Nanyang Institute of Hospitality Management’s annual HR Roundtable since its inauguration in 2006.

Prof Boh Wai Fong

Prof Boh received her PhD from the Tepper School of Business at the Carnegie Mellon University. She is also Head of the Division of Information Technology and Operations Management and Director of the Information Management Research Centre at NTU. Her research interests are in the areas of knowledge and innovation management and social media. She has published more than 20 articles in top journals, including Management Science, MIS Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, and Journal of Management Information Systems, etc.

She has spoken in multiple industry conferences, and specializes in research and training for entrepreneurs, leaders and executives in areas related to design thinking, innovation and entrepreneurship. Prof Boh is frequently quoted and interviewed in the media and has published several commentaries in local newspapers.

Buen Sin has deep industry experience and he has been actively involved in industry consultation and in-house executive training for major organizations in the public and private sectors. Some of these organizations include: AIA, Bank of China, China Merchant Bank, Citigroup, DBS, Ernst & Young, HSBC, KPMG, Singapore Stock Exchange, ST Engineering, UBS, and the United Nations.

He currently serves as member of the Learning & Assessment Working Group, Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore, and a member of the Expert Committee, Bank of China University, China. He has served as a member of Valuation Review Board, Ministry of Finance (2019-2021), a Council of Institute of Appraisers and Valuers of Singapore (2016-2021). Buen Sin was awarded the National Day Award 2019 under the category Public Administration Medal (Bronze), in recognition of his contributions and service.

John Pang

Professor, School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering

John H. L. PANG is Professor at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering of Nanyang Technological University Singapore. He received his PhD degree in 1989 and BSc degree in 1985 from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK. He joined Nanyang Technological University in 1990. His academic interests are in Materials-Process-Performance (MPP) evaluations in Laser Cladding and Additive Manufacturing, Mechanics of Lead-Free Solder Materials, Design for Reliability (DFR), Fatigue Analysis of Welded Joints.

He has published over 192 peer-reviewed journal and technical conference papers and has a SCI Web-of-Science (PANG JHL OR PANG HLJ), h-Index of 33, and over 3400 citations. He serves in the Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal of Fatigue. He had served as Associate Editor in the IEEE Transactions on Components and Packaging Technology and Advanced Packaging, ASME Journal of Electronic Packaging. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (FASME) and Fellow of Institution of Engineers Singapore (FIES).

Mark Laudi

Mark Laudi is an accomplished media mentor, business conference anchor, and radio and financial television current affairs show host. He is a veteran of the traditional and new media, with 25 years' experience in print, radio, television, new and social media, and communications coach to senior business and government leaders in Asia and the Middle East.

Between 1999 and 2006, Mark anchored and produced regional network television business news programs at CNBC Asia Pacific. He anchored Squawk Box, and performed various roles including Australia Editor, and Sydney Bureau Chief. From 1997-1999, Mark hosted news programs at MediaCorp, and was a member of the inaugural production and presentation team of English-language talk radio station CNA938.

He is a member of the Asia Pacific Association of Communications Directors (APACD), the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), the Investor Relations Professionals Association Singapore, SGTech, AustCham Singapore, and the Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry & Commerce.

AJ Boelens

AJ excels at digesting complexity and establishing a 'method out of the madness', building consensus within a leadership team on how to move forward together, and rolling up his sleeves to apply his extensive knowledge. He has worked on client projects across sectors including financial services, telcos, FMCG, chemicals, industrial, and professional services to name a few. 

AJ is the founder and Managing Director of Innovation Connected, a strategy and innovation consultancy for large organisations.  His niche is to help companies formulate customer-centric strategic plans, business models and innovation projects. He has lived and worked across Asia over the past 16 years including Japan, China and Singapore.  He has an MBA from HKUST business school and completed an exchange at Nanyang Business School.
