The Connoisseur
The Connoisseur covers food literacy and cooking skills. It comprises foundational skills, food/wine appreciation and practical skills of cooking and brewing. The residents will be equipped with knowledge of food types and sources, nutrition and its impact on health, choices of food in daily life, food pairings and wine appreciation to practical skills such as cooking simple, nutritious and healthy meals using whole foods and natural ingredients. Fine dining cooking and brewing will also be included. The programme delivers food education in a way that is fun and practical, while enabling residents to make informed choices about food and to cook simple meals.
