Patient-Public Involvement for Researchers

OPEN works with researchers in the LKCMedicine community to integrate patient and public involvement and engagement (PPIE) into their research.

We support researchers through:

  • Consultancy and advice for involving patients and public in research programmes, project and grants.
  • Advice on patient-public involvement including patient partner recruitment, appreciation, confidentiality, etc.
  • Facilitate access to OPEN Voices patient partners and patient organisations.
  • PPIE capability building programmes – eg. workshops, seminars, symposiums and recommendations to PPIE resources
