It covers courses in key fields of knowledge in the humanities, sciences and business to build the core competencies of a well-rounded graduate, while providing a wide selection of free electives and enrichment options to cater for individual interests.
GER Core Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, undergraduates from BSc (Hons) Biological Sciences programmes are required to read the following General Education Requirement (GER) Core Courses.
As an exception, the BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences and Biobusiness (Double Major) programme ; BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences and Psychology (Double Major) and the BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences and B. in Chinese Medicines (Double Degree) programme have different GER Core requirements. Students in those programmes should refer to their respective curriculum for details.
