On October 29, the first "Global Development and Health Communication Forum" and the inauguration ceremony of the Tsinghua University Global Development and Health Communication Research Center, hosted by the School of Journalism and Communication, Tsinghua University and co-organised by the Institute of Contemporary China and the World, were held at Tsinghua University.

Associate Vice President (Humanities, Social Sciences & Research Communication) in the President's Office at NTU and President's Chair Professor of Communication Studies in WKWSCI Shirley Ho gave a keynote speech on health communication and global development in the post-epidemic era.
