Second Major
In addition to their BFA majors, ADM students can choose to pursue a Second Major available in the School of Humanities (SOH), School of Social Sciences (SSS) and the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (WKWSCI), under the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. A full list of Second Major programmes is indicated on the following pages in the School's website. Courses for the Second Major are registered as Unrestricted/Broadening and Deepening Electives and excluded from the S/U option.

- For students on the Interdisciplinary Collaborative Core (ICC) Curriculum (full-time students admitted to Year 1 from AY2021-22, and full-time students admitted directly to Year 2 from AY2022-23), click here more details on the course requirement and grading.

Students will be admitted to the 2nd Major Programme from the 2nd Year onwards, based on CGPA scores at the end of their 1st Year of Study.
Generally a CGPA score of 4.0 and above is required for admission.

NOTE:
The courses can be done in any order a student chooses although it is strongly recommended that students take the core courses first. The core courses are introductory classes and students who have taken them will be in a better position to get more out of the electives which are more advanced or specialised in their focus.
