Sediment Laboratory 2
The research focus for the Sediment Laboratories are sedimentology, quaternary geology and environment. The main activities will be sediment analysis (textural, mineralogical and geochemical analysis, processing of shallow sediment cores, micropaleontology, sample preparation for Uranium-Lead dating, carbon-nitrogen isotopic analysis and water physical-chemical parameters.
